Mazda RX8

Mazda is basically an Japenes firm founded in 1920 producing auto-mobiles in the market of vihecles. But Mazda was manufacturer of machine tools used in the miltary of Japan through-out the 2nd world war. The first Mazda R360 was inroduced in 1960. And in 2007 it produced 1.3 million vehicles for global sales.
The Mazda RX8 is not a coupe, it is four seater sedan like structure. In there you got a sporty Black and White interior like a man wants. In there you got A/c, Satellite Navigation, electric seats. the best thing about the RX8 is or what people do not know, it might be little bit of surprising for you guys, is that it got only 1.3 Liter engine as in Toyota Corolla`s XLI, it got 1.3 as well. But the astonishing thing that you people going to like is that this is a Wankel Rotary engine,  which allows you to enjoy 228 Horsepower. I was wondering how a 1.3 can give you this much , but now I believe, and soon you guys `ll be begging to blieve in me too. In the racing Mazda has placed its value in the world of racing. This RX8 is remarkably the best sports car i have seen by now, with four seats, 1.3 liter Engine, with 228 BHP, by the usage of Wankel Rotary Engine.

2012 Mazda RX-9

Mazda  produced the RX-7 from 1978 to 2002 and, compared to the RX-8, it did very well. Now, after almost ten years, the Japanese company will bring back the RX-7 DNA with the launch of a new sports car called the RX-9. And, however chronologically deficient it may be, the RX-9 is being made as a successor to the RX-7 and not the RX-8. We should be seeing this new model hit the streets as soon as the RX-8 bids adieu to the market.

The RX-9 is rumored to be built in the image of the most recent RX-7, the highly regarded version championed by the legendary "Koby" Kobayakawa, which went out of production in 2002. And, unlike the RX-8, it will be a two-door coupe model and not a complicated four-door coupe. Under the hood, Mazda will place the now famous 16X rotary engine. The new sports car will be built on an MX-5 chassis and will weigh no more than 1250 kilos, with a design language stemming from the company’s latest concept cars, including the Shinari which made its debut only two months ago.
We expect to see the company’s well known front grille and the "signature wing", new headlamps with LED lights, and a generally sporty appearance. For the interior, we hope to get sports seats, a sporty steering wheel, leather, and why not go ahead and throw in a few aluminum inserts. Under the hood, Mazda will place a 16X rotary engine rumored to be attached to an electric supercharger. This engine will feature an 800cc x 2 configuration, up from the current 13B’s 654cc x 2 format. It will deliver around 300 HP, while the fuel economy will be improved by 20%, leaving behind the main reason why the RX8 needed to be discontinued. The engine will be mated to a new twin-clutch, two-pedal six-speed transmission with a twist that allows drivers to set the revs at which the clutches engage.

It is also rumored that the RX-9 will be offered with a Honda-style gas/electric hybrid system that will not only include a regenerative braking system to charge the batteries when coasting and decelerating, but also an engine stop/start system that will help improve the fuel economy. This rumor has already been confirmed by a Mazda insider who in a previous interview said : "We’re testing the rotary in conjunction with technologies including an electric turbocharger."
The RX-9 will be offered with 17- or 18-inch wheels and four-wheel disc brakes with ABS and stability/traction control. Compared to the RX-8 who targeted models like the Volkswagen Scirocco, the new RX-9 will focus on competing with models like the Nissan 370Z. Do we smell a Japanese sports car war? We think so. But let’s not let them have all the fun, German sports cars like the Audi TT will also have reasons to fear the new RX-9.

2011 Mazda Shinari Concept

2011 Mazda Shinari Concept TopClass View
Mazda has confirmed to join the Australian International Motor Show in July with its new model, the stylish Mazda Shinari. This will be with other models from other carmakers. As it was seen in Milan, Shanghai, Los Angeles and Geneva, Mazda Shinari comes as the representative of the next-generation of Mazda’s styling language, named ‘Kodo’ that means ‘soul of motion’. Kodo is created by Ikuo Maeda – the new global design boss of Mazda.

This new styling language follows the Nagare theme that is developed by the preceding boss of Mazda’s global design, Laurens van den Acker, who now becomes the vice-president of design for Renault. The new concepts, the Kodo style comes with slimmer headlights and tail-lights than most of the current Mazda range that is inspired from Nagare. The new style also brings a new development of Mazda’s signature smile grille, as well as sharper character lines along the body and the flanks.

There are also other new models and concepts that have confirmed to join at the 2011 AIMS. Those are the Toyota Prius V and Prius C, the Suzuki Swift S-Concept, the Range Rover Evoque, the Toyota FT-86 II Concept, the 2012 Audi A6 and the 2012 jaguar XF. More than that, other models, such as all-new Lamborghini Aventador, the Lexus LF-Gh concept, and a preview of JOSS Developments’ upcoming JT1 supercar, have also confirmed to appear at the show.
The Australian International Motor Show opens on Friday 1 July until Sunday 10 July at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, started at 6 pm.
It is said by Maeda that the Kodo language is aimed to show energetic motion that will evoke the viewer’s emotion and affection. The upcoming Mazda Minagi-inspired CX-5 compact SUV – the second concept after the Shinari that is featured with Kodo styling – is the first that is expected to bring the new direction to the market. The Mazda Shinari represents the future Mazda models.

2012 Mazda3 with SKYACTIVE

Car Name: Mazda3
Brand Name: Mazda

TopClass View

Mazda has released the 2012 Mazda 3 sedan models and five-door hatchback models in the 2011 Canadian International Auto Show in Toronto . In addition to changes in the 2012 Mazda 3 sedan models body, the Japanese firm has fitted the ‘3’ with the new Skyactiv-G gasoline engine and Skyactiv-Drive automatic transmission. While no specific output and performance figures have been released for the new powertrain, Mazda did state that this is the first production vehicle to come with the new Skyactive engine and transmission technologies. For now, all we can tell you about the development under the bonnet is that it features direct-injection technology and a higher compression ratio than its predecessors. Meanwhile, the automatic transmission promises to be light and compact, which should contribute to fuel efficiency and reduced CO2 emissions.
The exterior of the car benefits from a redesigned front end that features stronger, more masculine features. The redesigned grille looks just as stylish as any concept car and is accentuated by new fog bezels and front headlamps. The changes at the back aren’t as aggressive, but the rear bumper will make your US-spec Mazda3 stand for years to come. New sets of alloy wheels in 16-inch and 17-inch sizes round off the cosmetic changes for the 2012 model. Comprehensive safety features are sure to include ABS, Electronic Brake Force Distribution (EBD), Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) and Emergency Stop Signaling system(ESS) as standard equipment and optional bi-xenon headlights with a pivoting adaptive front lighting system. The 2012 Mazda 3 will arrive the US dealerships this fall.
