First pictures of new Ford Mondeo 2012 Spy Photo

The first (spy) pictures of the new Ford Mondeo leaked on the Internet. Machine was carefully hidden from the paparazzi clicking on the exit of the Ford factory in Michigan.

He knows only that the next generation Mondeo in the U.S. version will retain its present name Fusion, but will receive a new platform that will be the same as the European version. Fusion is now the platform of the Mazda. Furthermore, the U.S. machine will sell more in Latin and South America and the Middle East.

European Mondeo would therefore be equipped with economical diesel and small gasoline engines. For the sports version will rely on two-liter EcoBoost well known to Ford. New in Fusion hybrid will be a version that will remove a serious fuel.

Ferrari Bike

Ferrari doesn't make motorcycles. At least, not officially... but that fact hasn't stopped a number of custom cycle makers from taking matters into their own hands. Perhaps the most famous Maranello-inspired two-wheeler was made by Arlen Ness, but that one's not all that practical in conception. We would imagine a Ferrari motorcycle to be a truly sporting machine, equally as comfortable on the race track as the street, or, more realistically, being shown off in one's garage. Ferrari seems to agree, as the only cycle ever created that bears an official Ferrari chassis number SF-01M  has true sporting pretensions.

Built by David Kay Engineering and completed in 1995, this one-and-only Ferrari motorcycle sports a DOHC engine displacing 900cc and putting out 105 horsepower at 8,800rpm. The only styling choice we take exception with are the Testarossa-style strakes on either side, but nothing's perfect, right? So, what's the only officially official Ferrari bike worth? We'll find out for sure when the auction ends on the 20th, but the expected price is between 325,000-375,000 Swiss francs, or around $300K in U.S. dollars.

A road trip around the British Isles may not sound as cool as a journey along Route 66 in the USA or the coastal road from Los Angeles to San Francisco, but given the history and culture of the UK it can be a seriously interesting odyssey. Here are some of the must-see sights along the way.

Hyundai introduces version Veloster rally in Las Vegas

Rally version of the Hyundai Veloster will be presented on Tuesday at the SEMA Show 2011 in Las Vegas, specializing in trade event automotive accessories, parts, services and modified cars. Entitled Veloster ARK, sportier version of the coupe was designed to have high-performance engine and has a twin-scroll turbocharger custom, which increases the power of the car to 212 horses.

Per-Gunnar Andersson - The son of a rally driver born in the middle of a freeway

Although he has spent his life behind the wheel, the Swedish rally driver Per-Gunnar Andersson did not help his extensive experience with the car when his son decided to come to the world.

The pilot of 31 years was forced to stop at the curb of a road when he and his wife Marie-Louise realized that it would give them time to get to the hospital.

And although they called an ambulance, the child, named Alvin, was born in his BMW on a highway near Karlstad in western Sweden.

"I was pretty quiet but when the baby was born we realized that nesitábamos help," said Andersson.

By then, the ambulance had just reached the sidewalk where they had stopped the car and Alvin was born "in good condition and healthy."

Now that the shock has passed, the pilot, who was Junior World Champion Rally in 2004 and 2007, joked that the place where his son was born shows that professional probably follow suit.

"It seems to carry in their genes," said the athlete to the local press.

And at least this time the newborn has proven to be very fast.
